Why follow a tiered payment system?

The tiered system allows for flexibility depending on financial circumstance.
Many people only have access to 3-6 counselling sessions with benefits and must cease counselling until their benefits reset. This can halt progress and negatively affect the individual.
The tiered options allow for continuity of care and service when used honestly and responsibly.
The tiered system also allows those who do not have access to benefits to still receive counselling support.
